Returns & Refund Policy for 4My Clothing Limited

At 4My Clothing, we create limited-edition streetwear designed to be worn with intent. Our drops are exclusive, and once they’re gone, there’s no guarantee we’ll restock.

If you’re thinking about returning something, keep in mind that you might not get another chance to own it. We don’t mass-produce our pieces, so if your item sells out while you’re deciding, you could miss out for good.

That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to return an item, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery, under the conditions below.


1. Limited Stock – No Guaranteed Restocks

Our collections are limited—if you return an item, there’s a chance it’ll sell out before you can reorder.
Exchanges depend on availability—if your size or style is gone, we won’t be able to replace it.


2. Returns – Refund, Store Credit, or Exchange

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If youd rather exchange your item or receive store credit, let us know when requesting your return.


3. What Can Be Returned?

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included.
Final sale items, discounted products, and limited drops are non-returnable.
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or face coverings.
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.


4. How to Return an Item

Step 1: Get Authorisation

Before sending anything back, email us at returns@4myofficial.com with your order details and photos (if needed). If approved, we’ll give you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), which you must include inside your return package.

Step 2: Send It Back

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Use a tracked and insured shipping method to send your return to our address.
  • Customers cover the return shipping cost.
  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Step 3: Processing & Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 5-7 working days.

  • Refunds go to your original payment method.
  • If your preferred exchange item sells out before your return is processed, we’ll issue store credit instead.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If confirmed, we’ll offer you a replacement, refund, or store credit at no extra cost.


6. Exchanges – While Stock Lasts

Exchanges depend on stock availability—if your size sells out before we process your request, we won’t be able to restock it.
If the item is out of stock, we’ll provide store credit or a refund instead.
